Delaware Murder Suspect Pleads Guilty; Charges Against Smallwood Dropped

The state of Delaware will not prosecute a West Virginia University running back on a witness intimidation charge in connection to a murder case.Wilmington Police charged Wendell Smallwood with a felony count of active intimidation to prevent a victim or witness from causing a complaint.
