Scott Grayson

Scott Grayson is an Anchor/Reporter/Writer for West Virginia Media and wvillustrated.com.

Scott also hosts the Bob Huggins and Dana Holgorsen's coaches shows.

Scott was hired by West Virginia Media as the Sports Director for WBOY-TV in 2005. His role expanded to wvillustrated.com in 2010.

Scott graduated from Arizona State University in 2000. He got the call to begin his broadcasting career as the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at KLST-TV in San Angelo, Texas. After one year he moved on to the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at WTAJ-TV in Altoona, Pennsylvania. One year later Scott moved on to be the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at WHP-TV in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he was until advancing his career as a Sports Director for WBOY-TV.

Scott says he came to West Virginia at the right time. Since he arrived in 2005, he has covered two BCS bowl games (Sugar and Fiesta), five NCAA tournaments, a Final Four and four other bowl games.

Scott also covered Super Bowl XXXIX between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots.

Scott grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia and currently lives in Morgantown. Scott says his wife Stephanie is extremely understanding given his flexible hours covering West Virginia University sports. They have three children. William is five and is the big brother to two-year-old twins Timothy and Hannah.
