MORGANTOWN -

The West Virginia University men's basketball team finished the season winning back-to-back games for the first time since January 21. The Mountaineers earned the eight seed and a first round bye in the Big East Tournament.

WVU will play either the 16 seed DePaul or the nine seed UCONN in the second round. That game will be played Wednesday at noon.

We will have complete coverage of WVU in the Tournament beginning today with the Big East Player of the Year news conference. West Virginia's Kevin Jones is just the third player in Big East history to lead the league in scoring and rebounds. Marquette's Jae Crowder was the only unanimous selection to the All Big East first team. The Player of the Year is expected to be one of those two players.

As we have throughout the season, we will provide complete postgame interviews for you to watch. We will also have numerous articles posted online for you to read about the Mountaineers.

We will also look to hear from you throughout West Virginia's stay in the tournament. Be sure to join our live chats. They will begin one hour prior to tipoff and continue throughout the game. Our first live chat will take place Wednesday at 11 a.m. Go to http://www.wvillustrated.com/livechat to participate.
