MORGANTOWN -
West Virginia and Maryland have met on the gridiron 48
times. They have played nearly every year since 1943. The series took a brief break
following the 2007 season and resumed in 2010.
West Virginia has won the last six straight against
Maryland.
Maryland Head Coach Randy Edsall enters his second season
with the Terps. It has been a tumultuous offseason with Edsall losing two key players
who decided to transfer.
Quarterback Danny O'brien and Offensive Lineman Max Garcia
are no longer with the program.

results in 2012.
