MORGANTOWN -

Various publications will be releasing their preseason college football top 25 and Blue Ribbon Magazine has done just that.

Blue Ribbon ranked West Virginia University No. 11 in its top 25. The magazine also predicted the Big 12 conference standings with WVU expected to finish second behind Oklahoma.

Other Big 12 teams appearing in the top 25 include Oklahoma at No. 8, Oklahoma State at No. 13, TCU at No. 16, Kansas State at No. 20 and Texas at No. 23.

The magazine named an All-Conference team with West Virginia's Tavon Austin appearing twice on that list as a Wide Receiver and Punt Returner. WVU Offensive Lineman Joe Madsen is also on the first-team.

Blue Ribbon named Oklahoma Quarterback Landry Jones its Offensive Player of the Year with Iowa State Linebacker A.J. Klein earning its Defensive Player of the Year honor.
