CHARLESTON -

The West Virginia University men's basketball team knocked off Marshall 69-59 in the Capital Classic. The game came to an abrupt halt when the two teams came together with 1:37 remaining.

A total of five players were ejected from the game. Four of them were from WVU. Aaric Murray, Jabarie Hinds, Eron Harris and Terry Henderson were all sent to the locker room prior to the final horn.

West Virginia improved to 3-3 overall with the win and is currently enjoying a two-game winning streak with Virginia Tech coming to Morgantown on Saturday.
