MORGANTOWN -

West Virginia basketball graduate assistant Da'Sean Butler is quite familiar with the head coach who will be working opposite Bob Huggins on Saturday in Brooklyn.

Michigan Coach John Beilein, who spent five seasons roaming the sideline with the Mountaineers, recruited a young Butler to Morgantown, setting in motion what was ultimately one of the greatest careers WVU had ever seen.

Now Butler is part of a staff game planning for Beilein's Wolverines and while he says he wishes the matchup could have been planned back when he was still able to suit up against his old coach, he is looking forward to seeing the two men who molded him as a basketball player go head to head.

See all of Butler's interview regarding Beilein in the video above.
