The first day of June marks the start of summer camps in the University City. WVU athletic programs will host camps and clinics over the next few months, and the events kicked off Friday afternoon with the annual Bob Huggins Fantasy Camp.
Campers 21-years and older will participate in the three-day, two-night Fantasy Camp. The activities include 5-on-5 games, dunk contests and drills.
The best part? All the activities will be include the help of some WVU greats.
The former Mountaineers, past and present, say they look forward to this event every year and being reunited in the place where it all began.
“It’s a great feeling to get everyone together. Any time I can spend with the coaching staff is great,” former WVU standout Alex Ruoff said. “Also back with some of my former teammates like Da’Sean Butler and a few other guys, so we are going to have a good time.”
