WVU Basketball Top Story

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Mountaineer fans said an emotional goodbye to their WVU basketball seniors on Monday night. Da'Sean Butler and Wellington Smith made it clear after the game that they have enjoyed their time at West Virginia at least as much as their supporters have enjoyed having them in Morgantown.

They each have at least three - and as many as ten if they can make some magic happen - games left as Mountaineers, but that final walk down the carpet and walk to the bench as they exited the game was something special for the New Jersey natives.
