McKivitz invited to NFL Scouting Combine

Offensive lineman Colton McKivitz is the lone Mountaineer to receive an invite to the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine.

The annual event will take place in Indianapolis from February 24 through March 1 as part of the NFL Draft process.

McKivitz made the move to left tackle in 2019 and started in 47 of 50 total games played at West Virginia. Head coach Neal Brown said numerous times last season that McKivitz was the most consistent and NFL ready player on his roster.

The Jacobsburg, Ohio native was named the Big 12’s Co-Offensive Lineman of the Year and a First Team All-Big 12 selection. McKivitz also played in the Reese’s Senior Bowl last month.

The NFL Scouting Combine will be televised on the NFL Network. The full list of invited prospects can be found here.
