Don’t miss The Bob Huggins Show before WVU’s road trip

WVU Men's Basketball

The Mountaineers are back on the road this weekend to face the Horned Frogs of TCU. Before the matchup against TCU, we’ll look back at last week’s play against Baylor and Oklahoma State. Hosts Nick Farrell, Anjelica Trinone, Tony Caridi and Warren Baker bring you the latest on the Mountaineers leading up to tip-off in Fort Worth on Saturday Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. ET.

In this week’s Coaches Corner, Tony and Coach Huggins discuss the 1-1 week for the Mountaineers. WVU fell to the Bears 70-59, but were able to bounce back three days later to get the win over the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Tony and Coach Huggins also discuss Huggins’s accomplishment this week of achieving his 879th win, becoming the sixth winningest coach of all time tied with Dean Smith. Huggins will also touch on facing TCU this weekend, and how the Mountaineers will prepare. All this and more in the two part Coaches Corner, sponsored by Encova Insurance.

Nick and Anjelica will give you their thoughts on the Mountaineer ball club in the ‘Eer to ‘Eer segment. Anjelica will have the full recap on both games against Baylor and Oklahoma State. Nick and Anjelica will also bring you their keys to a victory over the Horned Frogs, sponsored by Astorg Auto of Charleston. Nick will also look ahead to the Mountaineer’s schedule in the Central Van and Storage Moving Forward Road Ahead Schedule. Dale Wolfley will also join the program to give his weekly Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration Big Action of the Week.

WVU Athletic Director Shane Lyons joins the program to chat with Nick about upcoming events WVU will be hosting this year. WVU is set to host the Big 12 Championships for Swimming and Diving at the new complex located at Mylan Park on February 26-29. WVU will also host the Big 12 Championships for Gymnastics at the Coliseum on March 21st. Lyons will also discuss the improvements to come to the Coliseum this summer. The Coliseum will be replacing the seats ahead of the 2020-21 basketball season. See more of Lyons and Nick’s conversation this weekend on The Bob Huggins Show.

Warren Baker will be back this week to talk Mountaineer hoops and the homework he has assigned for the team. See what Bake has in store for the Mountaineers in Court-Side With Bake.
