West Virginia men’s basketball is back on the winning track after securing victories over Kansas State and Iowa State. We’re breaking down the week in the newest edition of The Bob Huggins Show.
Hosts Nick Farrell, Anjelica Trinone, Tony Caridi and Warren Baker bring you the latest on the Mountaineers leading up to tip off against Oklahoma on Saturday February 8th at 2 p.m. ET.
In the Encova Insurance Coaches Corner, Coach Huggins and Tony talk about the winning week for the Mountaineers. Coach discusses how the Mountaineers could have played harder in both games against Kansas State and Iowa State. Tony and Coach also discuss facing Oklahoma for the first time this season, and how the Mountaineers need to prepare for the sooner.
Nick and Anjelica give their weekly in-depth discussion on Mountaineer hoops in the ‘Eer to ‘Eer segment. Anjelica will recap the wins against Kansas State and Iowa State, sponsored by AARP West Virginia. They will also preview the matchup against Oklahoma, give their keys to a win, look ahead to other Big 12 matchups, and discuss the renovations coming this summer to the coliseum. Nick will also preview other Big 12 matchups, rankings and standings in the Around the Big 12 segment.
Anjelica sits down with forward Oscar Tshiebwe, who talks about playing for the Mountaineers, and what he’s learned so far.
Warren Baker will also join the program to give his weekly analysis in Court-Side with Bake. See what homework he assigns the Mountaineers this week to get the win against Oklahoma.
