Tynice Martin reinstated from suspension

Just minutes before they tipped off their 2019-2020 campaign, WVU women’s basketball announced that Tynice Martin will be reinstated for the season.

The senior guard has been suspended since August. Despite that fact, she is still one of the most highly-anticipated players heading into this season, averaging 15.6 points per game in her career. She has also been given preseason honors, including the watch list for the Women’s Citizen Naismith Trophy.

West Virginia starts their season on Thursday with a home game against St. Francis.
