Spring football has been put on hold in West Virginia as all football-related activities have been suspended until March 29, a source within the program has confirmed.

After originally calling the situation “fluid,” Neal Brown’s team will no longer be practicing until that date. This goes in line with the directive from the Big 12 Conference on Thursday suspending athletic-related activities until that same date.

In addition, WVU Athletics has imposed a suspension of all athletic-related activities until March 22, while the university has moved all classes online starting after spring break.
