Former West Virginia wide receiver Marcus Simms will get a shot at the next level, according to a report.

Tom Pelissero of NFL.com has reported that Simms is signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars after weighing several contract offers. Simms declared for the 2019 NFL Supplemental Draft, but went unselected (only one prospect was drafted).

Simms had 1,457 career receiving yards on 87 catches in Morgantown, while also trotting in for 8 touchdowns in his three seasons.
