WVU’s Board of Governors has approved construction plans for the next two phases of upgrades at the Milan Puskar Center.
The approval green lights $41 million in funds for the football complex, which will be used to expand and renovate spaces that are more than 10 years old.
According to a release from WVU, the next renovations will include updates to the home team locker room, player lounge, equipment room, recovery suite, infrastructure, Hall of Traditions, offices, team meeting rooms and other support spaces.
The complex’s infrastructure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will also be upgraded, along with AV and technology upgrades to support current and future phases of the renovation.
According to WVU, the project is scheduled to wrap up by July 2021.
